The registration fee for participants attending ONLY ESUO Regional Workshop is 100 €. This registration fee covers ONLY:

  • One refreshment during a half-day ESUO Regional Workshop
  • Book of Abstracts and printed conference material.

Participants are strongly recommended to register as soon as possible and then to make their payments via bank transfer or via on-line payment. After submission of registration form, confirmation e-mail will be sent by the Organizing Committee.

The Technical Organizer, PanaComp Agency, will send an e-mail with details about the payment. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Exceptionally, the payment will be possible in cash at the registration desk.

Registration Cancellation: Written cancellation should be sent to the conference Technical Organizer. For cancellations received:

  • Before July 1 st: 80% refund (With bank transfer charges deducted)
  • Before August 12 th: 50% refund (With bank transfer charges deducted)
  • After August 12 th: No refund (Conference Proceedings will be delivered).

Registration process: Each participant should provide required registration information. Upon completion, the confirmation message will be sent to the registered e-mail address. In addition, the participant will receive automatically generated password for log in. After first log in it can be changed with the option Change Password.
