  • Feel free to applaud at any time but especially at the end - Webex Event has a "clap" feature within the Feedback.

For online speakers:

  • Please, be ready with your presentation slides open on your device when the meeting starts. By clicking the button "Share screen", other participants will see everything that is on your screen. Please share that document while sharing your screen.
  • Unless you have a poor internet connection, please enable your webcam for the full duration of your presentation. Make sure that the room has adequate light, to allow other participants to see your face.
  • Try to minimize background noise during the presentation. Speak directly towards the microphone.
  • State at the beginning of your presentation or write on your slides, if you are not comfortable with screenshots of your slides being publicized on social media for the strict purpose of promoting scientific discussion.
